A 7-day œnological journey PARIS / BORDEAUX / COGNAC
An unforgettable initiatory journey! Become an expert on Bordeaux wines and Cognacs after acquiring the base knowledge on wine service and wine tasting as well as the different methods of wine making and distillation. Thus armed you will leave the next day for visiting Bordeaux Châteaux and Cognac Maisons and taste their jewels!
After a day of discovery tour of Paris and an in-depth knowledge of the Bordeaux-Charente Region gained during 4 workshops spread over two days, you will go by high speed train to Bordeaux to visit 2 Châteaux. Then you will make the evening in Cognac by minibus where after a good dinner and a good night, you will visit three Maisons the next day. Lunch on site and return to Paris by train from Angoulême in the evening.
There you will enjoy a busy day visiting one of the many museums of the Capital or to do window shopping in Paris followed by the closing night during which you will receive your training certificate.

Fith day: Bordeaux
- Travel Paris – Bordeaux by TGV
- Visit a Château and wine tasting

Sixth day: Cognac
