The Domaine Barmès-Buecher is located in the vvillage of Wettolsheim. The 17-hectare vineyard is located south of Colmar and Turckheim. Covering a diversified topography, it produces an average of 100,000 bottles and twenty cuvées a year, including three Grands Crus.
The Wettolsheim Grand Cru is a complex argilo-marno-limestone terroir, . The vineyards, exposed South and East, produce great wines, generous and refined. to be kept for maturing.
The Wintzenheim Grand Cru with its generous marl-limestone soil, where the 40-year old vineyards are mostly exposed to the South, produces strong, structured and spicy wines.
As for the Grand Cru Pfersigberg d’Eguisheim, it has been planted in Gewurztraminer for over 50 years. The vines bloom in marly soil, made of old Muschelkalk limestone. Exposed to the East, they produce a perfect wine, endowed with an exemplary elegance, suitable for aging.
