A 7-day eonological journey
PARIS / CHAMPAGNE / LOIRE
For gourmets and lovers of sparking and white wines! You will start your journey as a real parisien: Welcome evening in one of the coveted spot by connoisseurs followed the next day by a visit of a Parisian market. An appetizer for a week of taste and wine culture during which you will discover the intricacies of wine pairings, the secrets of winemaking, not to mention how to serve wine and how to approach wine tasting. You will gain the fundamentals of wine regions and in particular those of Champagne and the Loire Valley before going on site and visit caves and cellars.
This wonderful Journey would not be complete without a cooking lesson with a French Chef who will guide you to achieve a menu both balanced and full of flavor before enjoying a busy afternoon visiting one of the many museums of the Capital or to do window shopping in Paris followed by the closing night during which you will receive your training certificate.

Third day: Œnology and Champagne
- 9h – 12h : Introduction to oenology, wine tasting and serving
- 12h – 17h : Free
- 17h – 20h : Champagne Region, its vineyards and processes with Champagne tasting
- 20h – 22h : Diner
Fourth day: Champagne
- Morning departure in minibus
- Visit a Maison de Champagne and wine tasting.
- Lunch in Reims
- Visit a Maison de Champagne and its famous cellars in Epernay.
- Return to Paris / evening free
Fifth day: Wine making and Loire Valley
- 9h – 12h : The wine regions in France and their major grape varieties, wine and distillation methods
- 12h – 17h : Free
- 17h – 20h : Loire Valley: its vineyards and wine tasting
- 20h – 22h : Diner
Sixth day: Loire Valley
- Morning departure in minibus
- Visit a wine grower - producer
- Déjeuner
- Visite of La Doucette – wine tasting
- Return to Paris
- Evening free
Seventh day: French Cuisine, take stock and closure
- 11h – 14h : Cours de cuisine
- 14h – 18h : Libre
- 18h – 20h : Take stock of the week, MCQ and delivery of certificates
