The Wintzenheim Grand Cru with its generous marl-limestone soil, where the 40-year old vineyards are mostly exposed to the South, produces strong, structured and spicy wines.
As for the Grand Cru Pfersigberg d’Eguisheim, it has been planted in Gewurztraminer for over 50 years. The vines bloom in marly soil, made of old Muschelkalk limestone. Exposed to the East, they produce a perfect wine, endowed with an exemplary elegance, suitable for aging.
