Become a Champagne expert before going to visit Major Champagne Houses and taste their cuvées
After an evening and a day spent in Paris where you will discover the subtleties and the importance of wine pairings, your oenological journey will continue with the principles of tasting and serving wine before taking you to the Champagne Region , but not before all the secrets of this world-famous eponymous product are revealed to you. Thus armed you will leave the next day by minibus towards the East of France through the vineyards for à lunch in Champagne followed by a visit of the cellars of a Major Maison. Night return to Paris. The fifth day will allow you to cook a meal with a French chef before enjoying window shopping in Paris before the closing night of this journey where you will receive your certificate in recognition of what you learned during this journey.

- 9h – 12h : Introduction to oenology, wine tasting and serving
- 12h – 17h : Free
- 17h – 20h : Champagne Region, its vineyards and processes with Champagne tasting
- 20h – 22h : Diner
Fourth day: Champagne
- Morning departure in minibus
- Visit of a Maison de Champagne and wine tasting.
- Lunch in Reims or Epernay
- Visit of a Maison de Champagne and its famous cellars.
- Night return to Paris
- Evening free
Fith day: French Cuisine, take stock et closure
- 11h – 14h : Cours de cuisine
- 14h – 18h : Libre
- 18h – 20h : Take stock of the week, MCQ and delivery of certificates
- 20h30 -23h : Closing diner
Sixth day: Departure
- Free day in Paris
