This 2-module Cycle is aimed at people who intend entering working life to raise their awareness of key aspects of entrepreneurship in general and of business creation in particular.

The first volume is devoted to recalling a number of useful ideas and concepts to understand how the business world operates in a global context before addressing methodological and practical elements to help formalizing the business project.

The second volume presents the various operational aspects that each promoter entrepreneur will have to face such as looking for funding, dealings with the authorities, standards and regulations...

Methodology and strength:

Successful project leaders and entrepreneurs depend first and foremost on appropriate knowledge, techniques and behaviors that are adapted to differentiate and succeed.

Optimal ownership of the knowledge by each participant through the experimentation of techniques and the realization of situations based on concrete cases.

 

Teaching Methods:

To alternate the presentation of the knowledge and the concepts with their technical and operational declination by reviewing the different stages of the sale.

To promote further implementation with "hands on" cases and simulations.

To encourage participants to analyze and correct their practices.
